I just recently had a home birth and I love hearing about other home births. Immediately after my son was born, we moved two states away from my midwife. Our good-bye was the hardest and it was also the first time I cried about the move. Midwives that really care about their mothers are truly a blessing.

If we have another one, it’s going to be a homebirth. I saw the bellyring made it just fine through pregnancy – I took mine out with Jona as I was afraid it might be not a good idea, too bad, now the hole is closed and a big scar is left behind, oh well!
